After working for several years to improve 11 acres of riparian habitats in Creswell, the Coast Fork Willamette Watershed Council continued their partnership at Garden Lake Park by helping to install a Nature Pavilion at the site. The watershed council led the content development of 8 large signs in the pavilion and 20 trail signs around the park highlighting wildlife and restoration efforts at this very popular site. Now, the many partners jointly sponsor an annual Earth Day event. In 2010, over 200 students from Creswell School District learned about stewarding natural resources at this new pavilion.
