Dec 16th and 17th Conference Calls: Recognizing the importance and challenge of the Council Support Grant Applications, the Network wanted to offer some support in the process. We were aware that a number of coordinators/executive directors are completing this application for the first time, and may have had questions that weren't fully covered in OWEB's training workshops.  To provide this support, the Network hosted two conference calls in December geared toward offering advice and assistance on OWEB's Council Support Grant Application.  Both calls featured one current coordinator (Brian Wolcott: Coordinator, Walla Walla WC) and two former coordinators (Jason Dedrick and Max Nielsen-Pincus, both former coordinators, Crooked River WC).  Brian, Jason (also a CSG reviewer for OWEB!), and Max answered questions and provided tips for making your application the best it ever was.  While these calls were designed for the less experienced applicant, they were open to all watershed council staff, and we welcomed anyone with questions to join a call.
