The Council includes: Goose Lake, Silver Lake, Upper Chewaucan, Upper Sycan and Warner Valley
One program that the councils are especially excited about is their watershed education program. In 2009 the councils were granted funding through the county to support education and outreach efforts to both youth and land managers in Lake County. With the funding the Councils have been able to plan and/or implement over nine education programs throughout the county. This biennium the councils have been able to present natural resource education programs in every school district in the county as well as host three landowner workshops/tours. Over 400 youth and 75 adults have been involved with the program.
