The Association includes:  Ecola Creek/ NicolaiWickiup/ Skipanon/ Young’s Bay

Ecola Creek Council meets every third Monday of the month at 4:30pm.

Nicoli-Wickiup Council meets every other second Thursday of the month at 6:00pm in the Knappa Fire Hall.

Young's Bay Council meets every other fourth Thursday of the month at 7:00pm in the Astoria High School Aquatic Biology Lab.

Skipanon Council meets every first Tuesday of the month at 6:00pm in Science Room 15 at Warrenton High School.

The first objective of the North Coast Watersheds Association’s (NCWA) Strategic Plan is to build awareness of the watersheds, rivers, watershed councils, and actions of the NCWA.  The Annual Gathering provides an opportunity for members of each of the four watershed councils to interact with each other as well as local and state representatives ,while also learning that education and sound science are integral to achieving our organization’s mission.
