The Council meets every third Tuseday of the month at 7pm in the Gold Hill Library.

The SBWC has taken a leadership role in invasive species work in the watershed. They were already the lead partner in a collaborative effort to eradicate the only known population of garlic mustard in the Rogue basin, and once more sites were found they were instrumental in forming a regional coalition to inventory 180 miles of the Rogue River and treat this new invader where it is found on 50 miles of the river. They have also partnered in developing a regional EDRR program and formed their own SBWC 10 person EDRR team that is actively identifying and treating new invaders.
