The Council meets every second Tuesday of the month at 8:30am at the Moro Field Office.

The Council includes:  North Sherman/Grass Valley Canyon/South Sherman/ Pine Hollow/ Jackknife

Over the last year the Sherman County Area Watersheds Council along with the Sherman County SWCD has provided $6,400 to different organizations in Sherman County for Conservation Education projects.  These projects include funding for  three greenhouses and field trips to places such as the Oak Springs Fish Hatchery.  The Watershed Education Incentive Fund was started in 2008 and each year more community organizations are utilizing the funds for conservation education.
