"Telling the Story" of Watershed Councils

The Network of Oregon Watershed Councils would like to help raise awareness and build support for  watershed councils by helping councils effectively "tell the story" of the social, ecomonic, and environmental impact that councils have in thier local communities and througout the state of Oregon.

Below are a few tools to help you get started when reaching  out to community members, local and state officials, and your local media sources.  In addition we've included some audio clips from the 2007 Watershed Council Gathering that captured four keynote speakers telling the story of watershed councils.
